Welcome back! Today, Chef Tonee is going to show you how to make Blueberry Sauce & Nutella Powdered Sugar Crepes. **Spoiler Alert!** They taste amazing! The great thing about these are; they don’t take long to make. They’re so good warm because that’s when you can really taste all of the flavors.
If you know me, you know that I love my Nutella! I mean, you can honestly put Nutella on anything & it would taste good(TRUE FACT)! Well lets get into this recipe, shall we?
CREATING THE CREPES
☐-1 Cup Milk
☐-1 Tablespoon Sugar
☐-1 ½ Cups Flour
☐-1 Teaspoon Salt
☐- 2 Eggs
☐-1 Cup Water
☐-Little Dash Of Vanilla
☐-Syrup (I used blueberry syrup)
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, & salt.
In a separate bowl: combine egg, water, & milk. Then slowly add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Add your dash of vanilla.
Mix this mixture up real good to make sure there’s no lumps. No lumps..No lumps…No lumps!
Now, place this crepe mixture in the fridge for about 1-2 hrs. After 1-2 hrs of being in the fridge. Butter an 8 inch pan & heat the pan to a medium heat. Pour a little bit of batter into the pan & move the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter along the edges. Wait at least 30 seconds & then flip the crepe over with a spatula. Do this until all the batter is used up.
Look out how great these crepes turned out though! But we can’t just stop here…
Slop on some Nutella & add your powdered sugar! YUM. You can also add syrup to the top if you want.
